May Flower Shop Returns & Quality Guarantee

At May Flower Shop, we strive to be the most trusted florist in Alhambra. Your satisfaction is our top priority.


I. Fresh Flower Arrangements (Perishable)

Due to the delicate and seasonal nature of fresh cut flowers, all fresh flower sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Quality Assurance: If your flowers do not meet our freshness standards upon delivery, please contact us at 626-829-3147 within 24 hours.
  • Resolution: Please provide a digital photo of the arrangement. We will review it promptly and may offer a replacement or store credit.

II. Preserved Flower Gifts (Non-Perishable)

Our preserved flower boxes (including acrylic displays and handbags) can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our Alhambra, CA location unless the item was damaged during transit.

III. Order Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a 50% service fee as the flowers have already been custom-arranged.

Note: As a local California flower shop, we may occasionally substitute blooms with those of equal or higher value to ensure the freshest quality for your Los Angeles delivery.
